Founded in 1983 as a joint venture between Korea's Bumyang Corporation and France's Théâtre Landes Vachs, Bumyang Corporation was the first in Korea to introduce new slurry wall technology and the latest equipment, opening a new chapter in the field of foundation civil engineering for large buildings in urban centers. In 2007, the Korean side acquired all of the shares of the French side and became Beomyangen Corporation, making a leap to become a fully Korean company.

Since its establishment, the company has continuously developed innovative technologies such as top-down construction method, PPS beam construction method, and directional blasting method, based on the technical skills accumulated through various domestic and international construction experiences. In addition, the company has expanded its business to roads, bridges, subways, and facility maintenance, and is actively expanding into overseas markets such as Mongolia, Pakistan, Algeria, Libya, Myanmar, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Green construction and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management are top priorities for Bum Yang Yen to ensure a sustainable future.
